When I visit Quinn, all he has is a pvp mission for me, and even after accepting that, he has no other missions for me. Apparently Quinn should have given me a mission to start this around level 47 (I'm currently level 55) but I have not gotten it. I am also unable to start the Borg Advance mission. Lastly, there is no way to drop the mission and restart it either as the drop mission option is always greyed out and not available for this mission.
